NXTGEN are pleased to be supporting a fantastic business based in North Norwich who seek a Finance Business Partner to join a growing and evolving team. Reporting to the Head of Finance, the Finance Business Partner will act as the financial lead for designated business areas. You will work closely with department directors and managers, providing valuable financial insight through the analysis of accounts and industry knowledge. As a key finance business partner, you will be actively involved in both strategic and operational decision-making, supporting the financial health and growth of the organisation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Acting as a trusted financial advisor to multiple stakeholders across the business.
  • Providing financial analysis and insight to drive business performance.
  • Developing monthly forecasts and budgets alongside the finance team.
  • Identifying financial risks and opportunities, ensuring informed decision-making.
  • Presenting financial information in a clear and tailored manner to different audiences.
  • Collaborating with colleagues across various business units to support commercial objectives.
  • Working autonomously while also contributing to a highly professional finance team.

You must hold a recognised finance and/or accounting qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, ACA, or equivalent, and have proven experience in a commercial finance role with business partnering exposure. You should possess excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to present financial data effectively. A solution-driven mindset is essential, as you will be influencing business planning through sound financial advice. You must be capable of working independently while also thriving in a team setting.
