This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strongpurchase ledgerexperience and provenExcelskills to join a friendly and supportive finance team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Processingsupplier invoices- matching, batching, and coding
  • Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
  • Preparing and processingpayment runs (BACS & CHAPS)
  • Managingsupplier queriesand ensuring timely resolutions
  • Maintaining accurate records and assisting with month-end processes
  • Supporting the finance team with ad hoc tasks as required

Key Requirements:

  • Previous experience in apurchase ledgerrole is essential
  • Proficiency inExcel- must be comfortable using formulas, VLOOKUPs, and Pivot Tables
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
