Quattro Resourcing are recruiting for a Business Development Executive on behalf of our client who specialise in the seafood and foodservice industry.

This role will suit an experienced Business Development Executive who is self motivated to generate leads, sales and results by cold calling and seeing potential customers in person. A backgorund of business development and sales in the Food Service industry is essential so the successful candidate can hit the ground running! 

In summary, you will be required to:

• Make new business/sales calls to prospective customers.

• Generate new business.

• Estimate/Quote.

• Negotiate costs.

• Manage customer accounts.

• Connect with clients and customers at all levels.

• Build relationships.

• Provide excellent customer service.

Skills required for this role:

• Excellent communications & interpersonal skills.

• Proven experience in sales/business development or similar role(s).

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills

• Customer-focused approach and a positive, friendly attitude.

The expectation is to bring on 2 new accounts per week within a certain bracket of spend across the Nottingham, Doncaster and Lincoln area. With this in mind, you will need a full driving licence and a car as you will be expected to drive to these locations when meetings are booked. Expenses will be claimable.

This position is remotely based and office hours are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, however these hours can change based on customer availability for calls, meetings etc.
