Role Purpose: In this role, you will cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with key NHS stakeholders in your territory. Your enthusiasm and innovative approach will be essential in driving advocacy and execution of the product range.

Key Activities:

  • Develop, activate, and monitor territory account plans that align with the strategic priorities of the category.
  • Map and engage with NHS stakeholders to drive product advocacy, address barriers to use, and displace competitors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to implement account plans and drive business growth in accordance with KPIs.
  • Monitor and leverage key insights, including market data and NHS guidance, to enhance your local business strategies.
  • Advocate for our portfolio by understanding guidelines, clinical arguments, and stakeholder requirements.
  • Effectively manage and mobilize Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and commercial advocates through participation in customer symposiums and educational meetings.
  • Engage with customers in person, spending 3-4 days per week in the field.

Key Skills Required:

  • A partnership-led approach combined with strong negotiation and influencing skills, driving healthcare professional (HCP) advocacy through clinical education of healthcare products.
  • Strong clinical skills or a proven track record in healthcare sales.
  • Proficiency in business planning, presentation skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • A full UK driving license is necessary, and you must be comfortable with regular driving to meet your customers.

The ideal candidate will have worked as a Human Nutritionist, Dietitian, Nurse, GP, or Pharmacist. However, if you possess an excellent track record in clinical sales, we encourage you to apply.
