What You'll Be Doing:

As a Business Development Executive, you'll work closely with a field-based Business Manager to drive sales and growth within your designated territory.

The role:

  • Sales & Growth
  • Identifying new business opportunities and executing prospecting strategies.
  • Managing a pipeline of leads and securing appointments for your Business Manager.
  • Ensuring high conversion rates and strong revenue growth.
  • Account Management
  • Managing a portfolio of customers, nurturing relationships, and driving retention.
  • Promoting and upselling new products and services.
  • Handling customer queries and ensuring swift resolution.
  • Performance & Compliance
  • Maximising revenue by negotiating and managing commercial agreements.
  • Keeping CRM systems up to date and ensuring data accuracy.
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive operational efficiencies.
