Elevation Recruitment Group are currently working with a leading fenestration specialist who are looking for a Technical Training Specialist.
Covering the UK, this role would be ideal for someone with an in-depth knowledge of window and door systems who is looking for a role that is something different.
As a Training Specialist you will be responsible for training fabricators and installers on specialist products. Experience of training other as part of a role would be advantageous, but not essential, as this can be taught.
The Technical Training Specialist will be responsible for:
- Designing and creating training material and presentations for a variety of different audiences
- Conducting in-person and on-line classroom style training 2-3 days a week
- Working with the business to consistently update and develop training and identify needs
- Organising and recording training outcomes
- Providing technical knowledge and understanding to sales teams
- Fully expensed UK travel will be required
The Technical Training Specialist will need:
- Technical experience window and door systems in the fenestration industry
- Excellent people skills and ability to communicate
- Training or coaching experience as a stand alone role or as part of a job
- Strong IT skills
- Driving licence and the willingness to travel in the UK including some overnight stays
