- Work with the department leaders to conduct and deliver training needs analysis.
- Support the training plan for operational training including SOP training and assisting with external and internal training delivery.
- Design and implement training materials including digital, classroom and shopfloor training programmes.
- Be first point of contact for all training enquiries.
- Completing training administrative tasks.
- Strong administrative experience
- Passionate about working within HR/Learning and Development
- Strong interpersonal skills
