As Finance Business Partner you will drive financial performance, provide strategic insights, and partner with key stakeholders. This role involves deep financial analysis to identify underperforming areas.
You will:
- Analyse data for monthly reporting, forecasts, and budgets
- Prepare monthly P&L's with commentary
- Support pricing model reviews and conduct detailed margin analysis
- Develop and maintain financial modelsÂ
- Identify risks and opportunities, offering clear recommendations to senior leadership
- Introduce new metrics for measuring success
- Ensure a timely and accurate month-end close process
Your background:
- Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
- A good understanding and experience in commercial finance
- Proactive in driving change and improvements
- Strong budgeting and financial analysis skills
- Ability to challenge financial data effectively to enhance profitability
- Contract costing experience is advantageous
