POST– Recruitment is hiring on behalf of a well-established business seeking a finance manager to join their dynamic finance team. This role is ideal for an ACA-qualified accountant looking for their first move from practice into industry or an experienced finance professional eager to take on a strategic, high-exposure role.

In this fast-paced environment, you will work closely with industry leaders and senior stakeholders, gaining board-level visibility while managing high-profile projects across social infrastructure, wind, and renewables.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports, variance analysis, and board presentations.
  • Oversee financial structures, manage contract negotiations, and ensure compliance.
  • Manage and develop junior finance team members, ensuring financial accuracy and best practices.
  • Collaborate with external auditors, tax advisors, legal teams, and senior leadership.
  • Identify efficiencies and enhance financial reporting structures.

Experience & Skills Required

  • ACA, ACCA, or CIMA qualified, with at least two years of post-qualification experience.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to mentor junior team members.
  • Experience in finance management within asset management, facilities, construction, engineering, or a similar industry is highly desirable.
  • Confidence in interacting with senior stakeholders and presenting financial insights to clients and boards.
  • Proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-expectation environment.
