Based in Nottingham, this organisation is looking for an Interim Finance Manager to join their forward-thinking finance team for a nine-month contract. You’ll be at the heart of key initiatives, influencing decision-making, and ensuring financial excellence during a crucial period of change. You must be strong technically. You will:

  • Utilise you technical accounting expertise to support the Finance team in adopting new accounting standards and business initiatives
  • Assist in the preparation of statutory accounts for three legal entities
  • Oversee the external audit process, handling daily auditor requests and ensuring timely submission of required data
  • Ensure all financial reporting tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
  • Support business readiness activities for a system implementation project
  • Take on various ad hoc projects as required

  • Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience 
  • Strong technical background with financial accounting experience
  • Versatile and adaptable—comfortable juggling a variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • A confident communicator who thrives on managing challenging stakeholders
  • Detail-oriented with excellent Excel skills
  • Proactive, relationship-driven, and ready to make an impact
