This business is offering a nine-month contract for an experienced Finance Manager to join their team as soon as possible. Supporting the current Finance Manager, you’ll play a key role in major initiatives, drive financial excellence, and influence critical decision-making during a period of transformation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Apply your technical accounting expertise to support the finance team in implementing new accounting standards and business initiatives
- Assist in preparing statutory accounts for three legal entities
- Manage the external audit process, ensuring timely responses to auditor requests and accurate data submission
- Ensure financial reporting tasks are completed efficiently and accurately
- Support business readiness for a system implementation project
- Take ownership of various ad hoc finance projects
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified, part-qualified, or qualified by experience.
- Strong technical background with financial accounting expertise
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Confident communicator with experience handling challenging stakeholders
- Detail-oriented with excellent Excel skills
- Proactive, relationship-driven, and eager to make an impact
