• Managing a portfolio of 200 private clients, ensuring compliance with HMRC regulations
• Preparing and reviewing personal tax returns, maintaining accuracy and efficiency

• CTA or ATT qualification preferred, but experienced qualified by experience (QBE) candidates will be considered
• Strong background in personal tax compliance, ideally gained in an accountancy practice
• An interest in tax advisory work, with a willingness to expand into this area
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines
• A proactive, client-focused approach, ensuring top-tier service delivery
• Ambition to develop within the role, with opportunities to take on additional responsibilities as the client base grows
• This is not a people management role, so prior team leadership experience is not required
