Description

Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the institution's mission and vision.
Oversee the institution's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, staff, and community leaders.
Lead, mentor, and guide staff to foster a conducive learning environment.
Ensure the institution's compliance with educational laws and regulations.
Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the institution.
Represent the institution at local, regional, and national events.
Collaborate with other leaders within the organisation to drive the institution's success.

Profile

A successful Campus Director should have:

Hands on experience in education and or business administration.
Proven leadership experience in an educational setting either from an academic or operational aspect.
Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
Ability to represent the institution effectively in various forums.
Flexibility, this role will require Friday evenings and some weekend working.

Job Offer
