Description

  • Develop and implement strategic plans that align with the institution's mission and vision.
  • Oversee the institution's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all areas.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including students, staff, and community leaders.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide staff to foster a conducive learning environment.
  • Ensure the institution's compliance with educational laws and regulations.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and innovation within the institution.
  • Represent the institution at local, regional, and national events.
  • Collaborate with other leaders within the organisation to drive the institution's success.

Profile

A successful Campus Director should have:

  • Hands on experience in education and or business administration.
  • Proven leadership experience in an educational setting either from an academic or operational aspect.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion.
  • Ability to represent the institution effectively in various forums.
  • Flexibility, this role will require Friday evenings and some weekend working.
