We are working with a fast-growing company that is passionate about making a difference. They are looking for a highly creative and experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead their marketing team and drive the digital growth of the business. In this role, you'll work cross-functionally with various teams to acquire new customers, nurture existing relationships, and promote innovative products.

To be considered for the role, you’ll require the following essentials:

  • A highly creative, experienced product marketing professional with a deep understanding of the industry dynamics.
  • Proven expertise across the marketing mix: social media, content, SEO, and communications.
  • A passion for helping the business grow and achieve its mission.
  • Strong communication skills, both confident and persuasive, to effectively collaborate across teams.
  • Up-to-date knowledge of multi-channel marketing trends, best practices, and measurement strategies.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment, responding well under pressure.
  • Appreciation for digital asset management and creative processes.

Within this position, you’ll also be:

  • Lead the marketing team to develop and execute strategies that effectively promote products to new and existing customers
  • Oversee marketing budgets, ensuring optimal resource allocation and maximized return on investment (ROI)
  • Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of conversion rate optimization and copywriting to boost engagement
  • Manage the creation and execution of paid advertising campaigns, including creative, campaign landing pages, and data optimization
  • Develop and execute email marketing, SMS, and print campaigns that deliver results
  • Leverage organic social media to drive growth and build a strong brand presence
  • Analyze KPIs and utilize data to enhance business performance
  • Collaborate closely with the Finance team to ensure accurate reporting and budget management
  • Work with internal teams to address specific product or customer needs, supporting overall digital presence growth
