This is an opportunity to get involved in all areas of HR Administration from contracts
and offer letters to off-boarding of staff leaving the business.
The role would suit an experienced HR Administrator, local to the Pinxton area.
Salary £28-30k plus 25 days holiday. Pension etc
Hours of work 9am - 5pm, fully office-based for the first 1-2 months, then hybrid (2 days WFH)
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
- Drafting of contracts of employment and offer letters for new starters
- Support the onboarding process for new starters including completing paperwork, conducting background compliance checks and facilitating onboarding sessions.
- Manage the off-boarding of leavers
- Addressing ad-hoc queries relating to the employment lifecycle
- Support people managers and employees with queries
- Support HR BP & HR Advisor to ensure accurate and timely employee communications
- Provide generalist administrative support including managing the HR inbox with the rest of the HR team, answering queries, reference requests, etc, and allocating more complex queries to the relevant member of the HR team.
- Support the team in creating documents and presentations, setting up meetings or training, taking notes and researching.
ABOUT YOU
- HR Administration experience is essential
- Experience of HR software is essential
