FTE 6 Month Fixed Term ContractPart Time | 3 days per weekHybrid Working | NottinghamI am excited to be partnering with this SME client in the technology industry, who are looking for interim support in their operations team. Reporting directly into the CEO, you will be responsible for overseeing operational HR procedures for the organisation. This business is amidst a tremendous period of growth, making it an exciting time to join and develop your HR career! The role's responsibilities:

  • Maintain and update employee information, policies, and systems.
  • Provide People data for the monthly board meeting and manage employee contract changes.
  • Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes for new hires, and oversee the internship programme.
  • Communicate changes to payroll, benefit updates, and provide admin support across the team.
  • Arrange travel, equipment, and meeting bookings, while greeting visitors and managing office access.
  • Assist with internal communications, team culture activities, and compliance/risk management efforts.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience in an operational HR role, covering the employee and recruitment lifecycles
  • Experience working with and updating HR Systems
  • Excellent at building internal stakeholder relationships
  • Time management and organisation skills
  • A keen interest in the technology industry is advantageous
