Are you a PowerBI specialist who has worked with HR metrics and can confidently obtain, interpret, manipulate and present data to stakeholders up to executive level?

Our client are a large well known brand in Nottingham currently undergoing an exciting time of growth and change and they are looking for a HR Data Analyst to support their HR and wider HR teams and present the data back with clear guidance to stakeholders across the business, including executive level.

Duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintain PowerBi dashboards and deliver people data to stakeholders across the business
  • Taking accountability to ensure headcount is to agreed targets and budgets
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with counterparts across the business to ensure data requirements are fully understood and provided within agreed timelines.
  • Detect trends in the HR data and support the wider HR team to investigate the causes.
  • Ad hoc project data work by request
  • Unlock Business Potential by analysing all available People data to identify trends and opportunities
  • Adopt a Never Stop Learning attitude and Empower and Develop Others with changes in reporting technology, market trends and key people trends.

This is a full time permanent position working 38.5 hours per week Monday to Friday and you will be required to work on site in Nottingham 3 days a week.

For this role we are looking for HR data experts who are competent users of PowerBI, understand key HR metrics and have an ability to present and explain the data to non-reporting experts in a clear and concise manner.

You will be someone who is confident in working with stakeholders of all levels including those of C-Suite and Executive level and be able to influence and manage expectations whilst working to agreed targets and SLA's.

You will have advanced skills with Microsoft Excel, experienced of data analysis and data trends with an inquisitive nature to understand the data make up.
