Are you a HR Advisor ready to step into a Junior HR Business Partner with a market leading brand?

Are you looking for a true generalist role with the opportunity to be involved in organisational change projects?

Are client are a market leading brand in their industry and they are looking for a Junior HR Business Partner to join their successful and efficient HR partnering team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting managers with HR solutions across multiple sites
  • Partnering with stakeholders on organisational change projects from site openings / closures, TUPEs, restructures and transformations
  • Partnering with the wider HR team such as recruitment and L&D to work on projects related to wider people strategy
  • Talent and succession planning
  • Change management; site openings, site closures, TUPE
  • Working on projects related to employee engagement
  • Managing your own case load of employee relations cases, including complex cases in grievances and disciplinaries

This is a full time position, working 40 hours per week on site in Nottingham.

For this position we are looking for experienced HR professionals who have the ability to manage complex employee relation cases independently and have had experience in leading on change management such as site openings, site closures, TUPE, redundancies or similar.

You will be experienced working in customer centric markets and be comfortable working in high volume and high pressure environments where stakeholders can be challenging and require a lot of expectation management.

As a person you will be assertive, resilient and tenacious and be an excellent relationship builder with stakeholders of all levels of seniority.

If you are a HR Advisor or similar with strong ER and change management experience this is an excellent opportunity to progress into a business partnering role.
