We are seeking an Office Administrator to join our up-and-coming youth centre. This is a unique opportunity to be part of the foundational team and to shape the role in your own vision. You will support the management team in all administrative duties, including arranging diaries and managing the day-to-day functions of the unit.
Day-to-day of the role:Report directly to the management team, playing a key role in the running of the back-office functions.Oversee and maintain control and compliance of office systems.Manage multiple work streams across various disciplines, ensuring smooth operational flow.Arrange diaries and coordinate the day-to-day functions of the unit, ensuring all administrative tasks are handled efficiently.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Demonstrated enthusiasm and accuracy in previous roles.Proven background in delivering office systems, reports, and audits.Strong organisational skills with meticulous attention to detail.Ability to manage multiple tasks and work streams simultaneously.Capable of influencing at all levels within an organisation.Experience in delivering training would be advantageous.Passion for working within a team environment and contributing to its success.
