Property Administrator

£25,000 - £26,000 per annum (+ a £2,000 bonus)

NG1, Nottingham - with limited parking.

Monday to Friday: 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with 1-hour unpaid lunch (flexibility required on occasion)

As a key member of our client's property management team, the Property Administrator plays a vital role in overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks. This position requires strong attention to detail and effective communication skills to liaise with tenants and property management teams, ensuring smooth operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main contact for landlords, tenants and guarantors, ensuring inquiries are handled quickly and professionally.
  • Manage check-out reports, inspections and ensure timely distribution to tenants. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of letting boards.
  • Assist with compiling data and documents for weekly meetings to support decision-making.
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed.
