Ensure excellent communication with Residents:
- Make appointments with residents
- Explain the role of Lovell Partnerships.
- Actively promote Lovell Partnerships.
- Build resident confidence.
- Create professional environment.
- Visit with details of works and timescales.
- Leave Lovell communication pack with resident.
- Identify Customer needs (working parents/shift patterns/health issues etc).
- Attend open days, public meetings
- Assisting with exhibitions, gala days
- To be an ambassador for the company at meetings and exhibitions
Link with Client/Resident/Line Management
- Ensure that all residents can access and receive the best possible service
- Develop key client contacts to ensure that the residents are fairly represented and that service delivery is maintained at the highest possible level
- Resolve any escalated complaints and ensure that the effective Complaints Procedure are in place
- Inform the resident of any delays of changes to the work that has been scheduled
- Daily Line Management Meetings.
- Open Forum Client/Management Meeting.
- Complete resident inductions and profiles.
- Daily interaction with residents.
Achieving Results
- First class communication to all residents (client and private)
- Client/resident satisfaction measures achieve required standard
- Complaint management to alleviate financial compensation
