Starting immediate temp to perm

Ensure excellent communication with Residents:

  • Make appointments with residents
  • Explain the role of Lovell Partnerships.
  • Actively promote Lovell Partnerships.
  • Build resident confidence.
  • Create professional environment.
  • Visit with details of works and timescales.
  • Leave Lovell communication pack with resident.
  • Identify Customer needs (working parents/shift patterns/health issues etc).
  • Attend open days, public meetings
  • Assisting with exhibitions, gala days
  • To be an ambassador for the company at meetings and exhibitions

Link with Client/Resident/Line Management

  • Ensure that all residents can access and receive the best possible service
  • Develop key client contacts to ensure that the residents are fairly represented and that service delivery is maintained at the highest possible level
  • Resolve any escalated complaints and ensure that the effective Complaints Procedure are in place
  • Inform the resident of any delays of changes to the work that has been scheduled
  • Daily Line Management Meetings.
  • Open Forum Client/Management Meeting.
  • Complete resident inductions and profiles.
  • Daily interaction with residents.

Achieving Results

  • First class communication to all residents (client and private)
  • Client/resident satisfaction measures achieve required standard
  • Complaint management to alleviate financial compensation
