Housing Officer Required 

Location:  Nottingham

Duration:   3 months +

Hours: 35hrs

 The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Responding to ASB complaints
  • Meditating between neighbourhood disputes
  • Carrying  out occupancy checks to ensure properties are being used as a main and principal home
  • Investigating alleged fraudulent activity
  • Providing housing support to tenants
  • Assisting with Benefit and Welfare Claims
  • Addressing rent arrears, voids and re-lettings
  • Conducting regular visits, audits, inspections, and report repair/maintenance issues. 
  • Supporting tenants struggling by signposting to relevant services
  • Liaising with third party agencies related to housing and tenant support. 
  • Investigating breaches of tenancy , serving notices and attending court hearings if required. 

The successful candidate will have: 

  • Full UK Drivers License
  • Basic DBS
  • Relevant Experience in a Similar Role
