Are you a food industry professional with experience up to Quality Manager level (or quality supervisor on a large site) , looking for an exciting and challenging senior level role with a multi site food manufacturing group?
The role offer the chance to make a real difference to the site and take the next stage in your career via training and further progression, in a well run stable food group.
The role will focus on the QA and hygiene functions as well ensure the site is BRC audit ready. You also lead a small team.
The Role
- Full time permanent senior food manufacturing role based on site in Nottingham.
- Line management of the QA team
- Responsible for the food hygiene and food safety on site
- Ensure all technical systems are audited and BRC accreditation maintained
The Person
- Academic and working background at a senior level in the food production sector
- Previous management experience of a quality team
- Level 4 in Food Safety and Level 3 HACCP or above
- Experience in auditing and managing BRCGS accreditation
