Distinct Recruitment is thrilled to partner with a prominent nationwide company in the search for an interim Finance Business Partner. This is a three to six month role.

The position is based on the outskirts of Leicestershire and offers a hybrid working arrangement, requiring only two days a week in the office, with the remainder of the time spent working remotely.

In this position, you will lead the budgeting and forecasting processes across the organisation, collaborating closely with various departments and senior stakeholders to ensure effective financial planning. Your ability to build strong relationships will be vital as you provide strategic, data-driven insights to support operational decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive budgeting and forecasting services
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Analyse financial data to identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Play a pivotal role in financial reporting and cost management, ensuring the business remains financially agile during this critical period

About You:

We seek candidates who are fully qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) or have substantial experience and qualifications by experience (QBE) in financial management. A proven track record in multi-site budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting is essential, along with advanced Excel skills. The ideal candidate will be ready to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
