We are looking for a semi-skilled operator/engineer with a mechanical bias to join our team of at our new facility in Nuneaton. We have been manufacturing the highest quality food products for the last 3 years from our state-of-the-art plant.

We have turnover in excess of £75m over the last calendar year with further growth plans. We currently employ over 350 employees at our Nuneaton site alone.
 
Roles And Responsibilities
 
Day to day your responsibilities will be to act as first line support between engineering and operations. You’ll be involved in a mixture of machine operation and reactive maintenance and improvements across a range of plant machinery such as slicers, sealers, conveyors, packaging machinery, motors and much more.
 
The Successful Applicant
 

  • Applicants must be mechanically bias with some form of engineering experience
  • Strong communication skills are important for this role
  • Basic engineering qualifications desirable
  • Attitude and willingness to learn
