Butler Rose is currently recruiting a Finance Manager for a growing business in the Okehampton area. This is a permanent role where you will report into the Finance Director and be involved across the organisation
Key duties will include:
- Oversee the transactional finance team
- Production of monthly management accounts
- Provide various financial reports as required by the business
- Complete month-end procedures and provide commentary
- Involvement with year-end process
- Co-ordinate annul audit
- Assist with budget preparation, alongside department leads
- Cashflow management, forecasting and budget monitoring
- Provide financial support to team members and other internal stakeholders as required.
- Business partnering with non-finance departments such as sales and marketing
The successful candidate will be a formally qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with strong overall finance skills and the ability to communicate with a range of people. You will be organised, have strong attention to detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
