Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and oversee all new starters and leavers, completing inductions and payroll-related responsibilities.
  • Handle employees' sensitive personal information with discretion, adhering to laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to HR-related projects when needed, sharing knowledge and implementing solutions where you can.
  • Monitor all correspondence that comes through the HR inbox and other communication methods, answering them swiftly and appropriately.
  • Maintain excellent communication with internal and external parties through methods such as Teams, phone, and email.
  • Maintain all HR files, keeping them correct and up to date.
  • Complete all reference requests, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.

Requirements:

Working towards/completed CIPD qualification

Administration experience preferred

Organizational skills

Good attention to detail

Knowledge of employment laws and regulations

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, mainly Excel
