Location: Oldbury
Salary: £25,000 - £27,000
Hours: Monday to Friday 08:30-16:30
Job Description:
Sales Administrator will be brought in to support the sales team in achieving their goals. The Sales Administrator will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient sales operations, streamlining administrative processes, and ensuring a seamless experience for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting the sales team in order processing, tracking, and managing customer accounts.
- Preparing and distributing sales quotations and proposals.
- Coordinating and scheduling sales meetings and appointments.
- Maintaining and updating customer databases, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information.
- Handling customer inquiries and providing outstanding customer service.
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure orders are processed and delivered on time.
- Assisting in managing sales reports and data analysis.
- Contributing to the preparation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
- Handling administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and general office support.
- Contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or administrative role is essential.
- Experience in the metals/manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
