Business Development Manager-Recruitment Sales

Birmingham & Surrounding Region

Excellent Basic Package + Uncapped OTE to £100k

First Call Contract Services are looking to recruit a Business Development Manager to help develop our Birmingham and surrounding operations-this is an exciting time to be joining our business.

2024 is set to be a record breaking year, so this really is a great time to be joining our organisation!

Ideally candidates will come from an industrial recruitment background and have an understanding of the recruitment and staffing industry. This role would suit a recruitment consultant, senior recruitment consultant or branch manager looking to move into a purely sales role.

Candidate duties will include:

  • Promoting our temporary & permanent recruitment services to both local & regional businesses, via telephone, email & face to face meetings
  • Arranging & attending business to business sales meetings
  • Presenting recruitment solutions to key company decision makers
  • To build lasting business relationships with new and existing clients & companies
  • To manage a daily, weekly and monthly sales pipeline & diary
  • Attend regular service meetings with current clients

Candidate experience will include:

  • Ideally have a background or experience of industrial recruitment, including new business development & account management
  • Have a strong background in either a telesales or a face to face sales role, gained within the recruitment industry
  • Have excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Be able to present recruitment solutions to various levels of management within organisations including hiring managers, HR departments & board level management
  • Have excellent negotiation skills

Ideally we are looking for candidates that have a background or experience of industrial recruitment, including new business development & account management however all recruitment experience will be considered.

Hours of work are Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 5.00pm however an element of flexibility is needed during peak periods.

Basic starting salary is DOE, industry leading packages are available with excellent OTE's to £100kpa, company car or car allowance options & company benefits.
