What You Will Do:

  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts to hit and exceed specified targets.
  • Take verbal enquiries and provide swift, accurate quotations to customers.
  • Follow up on quotations to secure orders and understand customer feedback.
  • Negotiate effectively with customers, suppliers, and colleagues at all levels.
  • Input sales orders accurately and resolve any queries or problems promptly.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer information using the company CRM system.

What You Will Bring:

  • Proven sales experience in the steel industry, particularly with Stainless Steel, Duplex, and Super Duplex.
  • A strong foundation in English and Mathematics, with a metallurgical qualification (HNC/HND/BSc) being advantageous.
  • Outstanding organisational skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • A commitment to solid business ethics, integrity, and teamwork.
