An accountancy practice based in Oldham is seeking an Accountancy Practice Director / Manager to join their expanding business. The business mainly undertakes accounts preparations, tax and advisory and has a strong presence throughout the North West market.

As a senior accountant in the business, you will provide a key role in the accountancy practice, managing members of staff and ensuring their continued development. The accountant will be expected to provide a significant link between the staff and the partners and be willing to undertake some of the Partner's work and ad hoc assignments when necessary. Additionally, you will use your knowledge and experience to aid the practice to effectively and efficiently manage work-flow and new assignments in the business.

Previous managerial or supervisory experience as an accountant, ideally from an accountancy practice business will be required for this position. Excellent communication and organisation skills compiled with the ability to achieve success through people. Ideally an Accountant who enjoys working working with people with several years’ experience within an accountancy practice environment.
