- Reporting to the FP&A Accountant, ownership of the full month end management accounts pack (P&L, Balance Sheet, commentary and analysis) with delivery of results to senior management.
- Preparation of the Payroll.
- Payroll supervision and responsibility for on time, accurate completion through payroll agency (currently ADP) and BACS commitment along with filing requirements.
- Full monthly balance sheet reconciliations, including analysis of debtors and creditors to ensure there is no risk to the business.
- Monthly job costings to ensure costs are correctly recorded and aligned to revenue.
- Ownership of full Trial Balance, to ensure accuracy of transaction postings.
- Maintenance of fixed asset register and ensure accounting policies are applied consistently across the Group.
- Liaison and provision of information to external stakeholders (Tax, 401k, Insurance) to ensure compliance and timely filings.
- Completion of annual Audit deliverables pack along with ongoing timely information requirements during audit process.
- Supporting the annual budgeting and forecasting process.
- Providing support in a variety of financial projects.
- Foster and develop excellent working relationships with other members of the finance team and wider commercial and operational functions of the business particularly in the US.
- Continuously develop current processes and systems both as a team and individually.
- Any other Ad hoc duties as required by Management.
