Credit Controller | £33,000 - £36,000 | 6 month FTC | Hybrid | Manchester:

Castlefield Recruitment are working with an reputable organisation in Greater Manchester who are looking to recruit a Senior Credit Controller to their busy team on a initial 6 month FTC basis, with a strong potential to be extended. The role offers hybrid working, free parking and many other great benefits.

Duties:

  • Managing the aged debt report and chasing outstanding / overdue payments via telephone, email or letter on a B2B basis
  • Act as main point of contact for any credit control related queries and negotiating suitable payment plans
  • Escalating potential risks to the Credit Control Manager of any customers delaying payments
  • Maintain excellent relationships with customers and managing the money claim portfolio

Experience:

  • Experience in a credit control position, chasing late arrears on the aged debt report
  • Excellent communication skills and confident telephone manner
  • Ability to maintain and strengthen relationships with suppliers
  • Strong attention to detail and great problem solving skills
