Service Care Solutions is currently working on behalf of a well-focused local authority, based in Great Manchester, which is in need of an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team on a part time bases.
This contract is on a 3-month rolling basis. They can pay a competitive rate of £45 - £55ph umbrella and have to do your own advocacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care
- Able to Draft legal documents and contracts
- Provide expert advice and guidance as appropriate for own area of expertise.
- Able to do own Advocacy.
About you:
- Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in Adult Social Care law.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Has worked in the Adult Social Care legal team with an local authority
