Service Care Solutions is currently working on behalf of a well-focused local authority, based in Great Manchester, which is in need of an experienced Adult Social Care Lawyer to join their team on a part time bases.

This contract is on a 3-month rolling basis. They can pay a competitive rate of £45 - £55ph umbrella and have to do your own advocacy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on complex issues related to Adult Social Care
  • Able to Draft legal documents and contracts
  • Provide expert advice and guidance as appropriate for own area of expertise.
  • Able to do own Advocacy.

About you:

  • Qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Barrister with a minimum of 3 years of PQE in Adult Social Care law.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Has worked in the Adult Social Care legal team with an local authority
