General/Commercial Litigation Fee EarnerAn experienced General/Commercial Litigation fee earner who can hit the ground running in various matters such as boundary disputes, contentious probate, employment matters, settlement agreements, contractual disputes, commercial/company disputes, landlord/tenant etc is required by an Oldham based law firm to join their team.They are not looking for someone who has a background of PI/Housing disrepair/industrial disease etc.The role would be full time based at their Oldham office, it would be predominantly office based and the ability to drive is essential as they have six offices across the Greater Manchester area, they see clients at all of these offices. The salary is really dependent upon experience – they are happy with 2 years PQE+ but it does need to be experience of running own caseload etc.
