The desired candidate will have:
Experience working with children with SEND and SEMH needs.
The ability to create a positive and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
In-depth understanding of a range of special educational needs, including cognition and learning difficulties, social emotional and mental health challenges, sensory and physical impairments, ASC, ADHD, and other complex needs.
Team Teach training with strong behaviour management skills in order to support learners with challenging behavioural needs.
