About Us:
United Drains is a leading plumbing and drainage company specialising in the commercial sector. Due to rapid growth, we are expanding our engineering team and are seeking experienced Drainage Engineers to join us on a self-employed basis. This is an excellent opportunity for skilled engineers to earn a high income while working with a supportive, professional team.

Earnings & Terms:

  • 50% of total earnings realistic weekly earnings of £1,500
  • Self-employed contractor status
  • Minimum 45 hours availability per week
  • Participation in call-out rota required

Key Responsibilities:
You must be competent in most (but not necessarily all) of the following:

  • General plumbing (City & Guilds qualified preferred)
  • Drain unblocking and fault finding
  • Excavations and drain laying
  • Drain lining and patch repairs
  • CCTV drainage surveys
  • High-pressure water jetting
  • Preparing and submitting quotations
  • Adhering to health and safety regulations

Essential Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years experience in drainage and/or plumbing
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Team player with a collaborative mindset
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Must supply own tools
  • Available to work a minimum of 45 hours per week
