At Lyca Health Orpington we are looking for a Senior Radiographer with multi-modality expertise to join our dedicated team. What You’ll Do

  • Perform imaging procedures across CT, MRI & General X-ray, and support mammography and ultrasound clinics as needed.
  • Act as an Operator under the IR(ME)R Radiation Regulations, ensuring the clinical justification of referrals.
  • Implement and maintain operational policies, processes, and guidelines to enhance service delivery.
  • Build strong relationships with medical professionals, consultants, and GPs to foster collaboration and drive innovation.
  • Ensure equipment safety and functionality through adherence to maintenance and plant failure procedures.
  • Promote efficient radiology reporting in collaboration with the administrative team.
  • Maintain compliance with Health & Safety and all relevant regulations, including IRMER, IRR17, and COSHH.

What We’re Looking For

  • Degree or Diploma in Radiography (Diagnostic) with valid HCPC registration.
  • Extensive post-registration experience (minimum 3 years) in imaging modalities such as CT and X-ray.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a proven track record of delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Supervisory experience with the ability to lead a team and manage change effectively.
  • Evidence of Continuous Professional Development.
