A well-established law firm is seeking an Estate Administration Secretary to support their growing Private Client department.  This is a great opportunity for someone with a background in private client work or secretarial experience who enjoys working closely with clients, offering support during sensitive times with compassion and efficiency.  What You’ll Be Doing:
  • Handling new client enquiries with warmth and clarity
  • Scheduling initial meetings between clients and solicitors
  • Managing AML checks, ID documents, and file creation/closure
  • Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring smooth file transitions
  • Wrapping up matters with billing and administrative finalisation
Ideal Background:
  • Previous experience in estate administration or private client work
  • Professional, organised, and confident speaking with clients
  • Comfortable managing documentation and using case management systems
  • Friendly and reliable with a team-player mindset
Flexible Working:
