- Managing AML checks, ID documents, and file creation/closure
- Supporting onboarding processes and ensuring smooth file transitions
- Wrapping up matters with billing and administrative finalisation
- Previous experience in estate administration or private client work
- Professional, organised, and confident speaking with clients
- Comfortable managing documentation and using case management systems
- Friendly and reliable with a team-player mindset
- Options for 3, 4 or 5 days per week
