Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm

Your experience as a highly organised and proactive professional with a knack for keeping everything running like clockwork is highly sought after by our client, who are an excellent regional law firm? They are looking for an Administration Manager to oversee the daily operations of their Orpington office and lead the Instructions Team.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative experience and proven success in team management. You’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring the office runs smoothly and efficiently while fostering a positive and productive environment.

What you’ll do:

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of the office, from ordering supplies to liaising with landlords and overseeing health & safety.
  • Keep the office tidy, handle IT and printing issues, and support new starter inductions.
  • Organise staff events, co-ordinate training, and assist with social media tasks.
  • Lead and motivate the Instructions Team, holding weekly meetings, allocating tasks, and monitoring performance.
  • Manage team schedules, ensure phones and post are handled efficiently, and suggest improvements to processes.
  • Support reception and fee earners with ad hoc tasks when needed.

Personal Specification:

  • A self-starter with a "can-do" attitude and hands-on approach.
  • Strong organisational skills and a proven ability to manage a team.
  • A polite and professional communicator with great attention to detail.
  • A problem-solver who thrives under pressure and meets deadlines.
  • Comfortable with IT systems and eager to learn new tools.
