Office Manager | Orpington | Full Time 9am-5pm | Up to £30,000 per annum - depending on experience

Are you the right person for the job?

  • Proven experience in a coordination or administrative role
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly OneDrive
  • Experience with compliance and regulatory processes
  • Familiarity with ISO standards and accreditation processes
  • Ability to lead and manage projects effectively

What will your role look like?

Customer Service & Feedback:

  • Handle customer feedback through emails and face-to-face interactions
  • Ensure prompt and effective resolution of customer queries and issues

Health Assured:

  • Reports sent weekly to senior teams

Uhub Management:

  • Prepare and submit weekly reports
  • Support managers with Uhub functionalities and ensure the timely upload of new staff information

Compliance:

  • Maintain up-to-date records of all compliance documents
  • Ensure Risk Assessments and Method Statements (RAMS) are current
  • Oversee staff training, particularly for window cleaners, and manage the training matrix and harness register
  • Ensure all supplier questionnaires are up to date
  • Verify monthly completion of tool box talks

Positive Planet & Social Value:

  • To work with senior team for Positive Planet and social value projects
  • Document control via OneDrive, ensuring all files are correctly referenced and organised

Subcontract Management:

  • Ensure all subcontract window cleaners' questionnaire forms are up to date. –Project Leadership:
  • Lead social value projects and organise team participation
  • Manage and oversee Bigchange software

ISO Management:

  • Oversee adherence to ISO standards
  • Identify and pursue new accreditations and awards

Technology & IT:

  • Manage SMart software for the window cleaning manager
  • Maintain IT asset registers and oversee SOPs and setups

Ad-hoc Responsibilities:

  • Support directors and the senior team (Sales & Ops) with various ad hoc tasks as required

Suppliers Organisation:

  • Jangro, First mile and all other suppliers, support processes to ensure smooth originations are being adhered too
