Here at KEY we are currently seeking an experienced Estimator to join our Commercial Department with a specialism in mechanical works. Trading for over 30 years, we offer expertise in fit-out and asset maintenance services for commercial and retail clients across the UK.
- Using your knowledge of construction methods and materials you will create detailed estimates.
- Support the buiness in submitting formal bids within timescales.
- Ensure all the documentation is accurate and correct.
- Maintain open communication with our clients throughout the bidding process.
- Use historical data to provide accurate and comprehensive information on materials and services
You should have
- Excellent analytical and mathematical skills.
- Effective communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software and Microsoft Excel.
- As the role requires you to travel it is essential you hold a full UK Driving Licence.
