- Document Management: Maintain and organise physical and digital files, ensuring accessibility and accuracy of documentation.
- Office Coordination: Manage office supplies, place orders when necessary, and ensure the workplace is well-maintained and functional.
- Project Assistance: Provide administrative support to project teams, including preparing reports, managing documentation, and tracking timelines.
- Compliance: Support adherence to company policies and procedures, particularly in relation to health and safety regulations.
