My client is looking to recruit an experienced property finance professional to join their growing business.

They are looking for someone with experience of delivering high quality, proactive customer service, with experience in the debt advisory or banking environment.

The role of Credit Analyst

In your role you’ll be responsible for:

  • Deal analysis and real estate debt structuring.
  • Undertaking quality information gathering and efficiently submitting new applications to lenders.
  • Liaising and engaging with all property professionals (lender, client, lawyers, accountants and valuers) through the various stages of the application process.
  • Professionally managing client expectations, finding solutions to problems to bring the deal to completion in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for completing internal pre completion and post completion file due diligence.
  • Additional supporting functions by way of diary management and meeting coordination for the Director.
  • Onboarding with new lenders.

The Origination Director will assist you with identifying the appropriate lender and establishing the key components of the deal.

You will also manage key client accounts across the whole property finance spectrum of professionals, developing your skills. You'll lead by example by upholding the company’s core values and delivering outstanding customer service.

  • 9am-5.30pm
  • Hybrid role of working from home up to 2-3 days a week with a requirement to travel to Oxford /Bicester .Occasional trips to London
