Are you an accomplished Corporate Tax professional looking for a senior leadership role with the opportunity to influence and shape tax strategy? You will take a lead in driving growth, advising high-profile clients, and delivering strategic insights. This is a senior position that offers the chance to make a significant impact both within the firm and for the clients.

The client is a Top 40 Firm who are going through a period of exponential growth with offices across the South and they are looking to hire a Corporate Tax Director (will consider a strong Associate Director looking for that step up) based in Oxford, close to transport links.

Responsibilities:As a Corporate Tax Director, your role will include:

  • Leadership of complex Corporate Tax engagement – ensuring compliance with ever changing legislation and regulations
  • Strategic Tax Advisory
  • Business Development & Client Relationship management
  • Team Leadership and Development

Requirements:As a Corporate Tax Director, you will need:

  • CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial post qualified experience
  • Proven leadership experience managing complex tax engagements and advising at a senior level
  • Strong business development skills with a demonstrable track record of success
  • Excellent project management skills and be able to ensure that multiple large-scale projects are successfully delivered
