The client is a Top 40 Firm who are going through a period of exponential growth with offices across the South and they are looking to hire a Corporate Tax Director (will consider a strong Associate Director looking for that step up) based in Oxford, close to transport links.
Responsibilities:As a Corporate Tax Director, your role will include:
- Leadership of complex Corporate Tax engagement – ensuring compliance with ever changing legislation and regulations
- Strategic Tax Advisory
- Business Development & Client Relationship management
- Team Leadership and Development
Requirements:As a Corporate Tax Director, you will need:
- CTA/ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent) with substantial post qualified experience
- Proven leadership experience managing complex tax engagements and advising at a senior level
- Strong business development skills with a demonstrable track record of success
- Excellent project management skills and be able to ensure that multiple large-scale projects are successfully delivered
