- Oversee the planning and budgeting process

Profile
A successful FP&A Manager should have:
- A degree in finance, accounting or a related field
- Experience in a similar role within the life science industry
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Excellent leadership abilities
- Proficiency in financial software
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work with senior management
