Description
Senior Finance Officer responsibilities:
- Overseeing the preparation of financial reports and statements.
- Ensuring all accounting activities comply with regulatory requirements.
- Managing budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Supervising and leading the finance Officer.
- Implementing and managing internal financial controls and procedures.
- Liaising with external auditors and managing audit processes.
- Analysing financial data and providing strategic financial planning advice.
- Managing financial risk and ensuring the financial health of the company.
- Management of the cash flow.
Profile
A successful Senior Finance Officer should have:
- A degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Professional accounting certification such as ACCA, CIMA, or ACA.
- Proven experience in a similar senior finance role within the business services sector.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations and accounting processes.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and MS Office.
Job Offer
- A salary in the range of £38,000 to £46,000 per annum.
