FIND is working with a leading Oxfordshire client to recruit a Finance & HR Manager to join their team.  This is a great role where the successful candidate will oversee the Finance and HR function.  As such, you will have held the same role in a previously. This is an on-site role and is working term time only- it’s a great opportunity for maybe a parent or carer who would like every school holiday off with their young person!  This is a busy role that forms part of the Senior Leadership Team, overseeing three sites and looking after a small administration team- this role is based between the Head Office and occasional travel to other sites.Actual salary for the 39 weeks worked is £35,000- £39000.Key duties for this role include-
  • Managing the Finance and HR function for the organisation.
  • Oversight of Finances, including budgets and forecasts.
  • Keeping track of Health & Safety.
  • Running the administration function for the Trust.
  • Premises management.
  • Co-ordinate all support functions.
The ideal candidate for this role-
  • Is currently managing both the HR and Finance function. 
  • Holds a Finance or Business Administration degree.
  • Is happy to work term time only and travel to sites as required.
  • Is an excellent communicator and is well organised.
