We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee a leading sports facility in Oxford.
The Facilities Manager will be responsible for all facilities management, maintenance and improvement, including health and safety arrangements, line management of operational staff, management of sub-contractors and partners including pitch maintenance and care teams and cleaning teams.
This role is the key coordinator for all internal and external stakeholders to ensure the faculty is maintained in good order, and ensuring all facilities operate in a safe, well-functioning condition. The goal is ensuring our business accommodation is problem free enabling employees and contractors to work under the best conditions. The role will also be the key coordinator for all external and internal stakeholders for any evening and weekend public activities, and for ensuring that all safe operating practices are maintained and upheld.
Contracted hours are 40 hours per week. Flexible working to suit operational requirements. Any five days out of seven as agreed with line manager for operational requirements.
