Your new companyThis business has been growing exponentially for the last couple of years and they're now looking for an excellent Office Manager with fantastic experience within facilities management to join them.Your new roleYour new role will manage the operations and facilities for the office based in Oxford. You will manage a small team responsible for looking after the office and internal/external stakeholders day to day. You will ensure everything is running smoothly, manage budgets, deal with all health and safety protocols and look into the management of office space moving forward as the company continues to grow. You will manage all vendors, implement change around sustainability and also contribute to staff wellbeing.What you'll need to succeedYou will need to be very experienced with managing facilities, stakeholders and ideally people management too. You will need to have a start-up mindset and be able to think outside the box in problem solving scenarios. You will be a team player and want to deliver the very best service to your stakeholders. You will also need to be available to be in the office Monday to Friday, however there is some flexibility when needed. What you'll get in returnYou will be offered a salary between £40-50k alongside a very generous benefits package. There is also parking on site.
